To Henry, Earl of Huntingdon, and Walter Hastings Esq., Henry Hastings of the Abbey knight, Wolstan Dixie knight, William Tinpyn knight, Edward Turvyle and John Chippingdale esquires to set in hand the making of a hunting launde from 200 acres of the Forest of Leicester.

A certificate addressed to the Lord Treasurer of England by Sir Wolstan Dixie and Thomas Babington, Commissioners for the collection of the second subsidy of three granted to James I in 1623/4, that Sir William Heyricke, being resident at Beaumanor at the time, was assessed at £20 and had paid that amount.

A copy of an order from the Deputy Lieutenants of Leicestershire to Edward Farnham to produce a horse, rider and arms for the militia for the next three years; William Herricke was to pay his share in money.
